The WNL office has an informal atmosphere, but behind the scenes, a complex operation keeps everything running smoothly. Leading one of its most crucial departments is Angelique Kartoredjo. She has been with the company for five and a half years, including the last year and a half as Team Leader of the Project Engineering department.

"When I started here, the department didn't really exist yet," Angelique says. "The fact that we've built it from the ground up over the years is something I'm incredibly proud of."

Turning customer requests into reality
So, what exactly does a Project Engineering team do? According to Angelique, her team plays a key role in translating customer ideas into practical solutions. Once the sales team has secured a project, Project Engineering takes over.

"We take the customer's request and turn it into reality," she explains. "We prepare the correct panels, verify that all technical drawings are accurate, and design custom-made solutions where needed. Our goal is to make sure the installers arrive on site with everything ready to go."

For Angelique, that's the most rewarding part of the job. "I love seeing an abstract idea evolve into a tangible product. Watching a concept gradually become something you can actually see and touch is incredibly satisfying."

Structure and collaboration
As Team Leader, Angelique is responsible for keeping projects on track through careful planning and clear communication. Her team delivers complete drawing packages and instructions, ensuring customers know exactly what they will receive and how everything will be assembled.

"It's all about coordination," she says. "We work closely with customers, production, and suppliers to make sure everything is delivered on time. It's very rewarding when we can completely take the pressure off our customers by taking care of every detail." According to Angelique, WNL's biggest strength lies in its company culture. "The atmosphere is informal and approachable. You can walk up to anyone with a question, and everyone is willing to help, no matter how big or small the challenge is."

Looking ahead, her ambition is clear: to keep growing together with her team, continuously improve, and raise the bar with every project.
